Romeo Power builds high-performance batteries, but advanced cells are only half the story. The team had no unified way to watch their battery systems in motion: charge level, health, temperature, voltage and cycle count all lived apart, with no single place to read them as they changed.
They needed real-time visibility their technicians and engineers could actually act on, with clear signals when something drifted out of range, rather than discovering problems after the fact.
Our approach
We built a monitoring platform centred on a live dashboard that pulls every critical metric into one view. Battery percentage, health status, temperature, voltage and charge cycles update in real time, and health-analysis logic turns raw telemetry into readable assessments of each pack’s condition.
Automated alerts flag overheating, low charge or anomalies in the cycle data, so maintenance becomes proactive instead of reactive. Customizable reports layer trend analysis on top, giving the team the evidence to make calls on usage, replacement and optimization, and to extend the working life of their batteries.
