SALESFORCE DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION
Salesforce that fits how you actually work.
Implementation and customization, APEX development, integrations, managed-package development, and Salesforce + AI/Agentforce across Sales, Service, Marketing, Health and Experience Cloud.
We implement, customize, and extend Salesforce for teams that have outgrown clicks-only configuration. That spans Apex and Lightning Web Components, integrations with the systems around Salesforce, and managed-package development for AppExchange, including the CallHippo telephony app. With sixteen years of engineering behind us, we treat your org as a product to maintain rather than a project to hand off.

FAQ
Salesforce development & implementation — common questions
When should we use configuration versus custom Apex code?
Configuration with flows, validation rules, and standard features should always be the first choice, because it is faster to build and easier for admins to maintain. Apex and Lightning Web Components come in when logic exceeds what declarative tools can express, when you need bulk-safe processing, or when you are integrating with external systems. We push as much as possible into configuration and reserve code for the parts that genuinely require it.
Can you integrate Salesforce with our other systems?
Yes. We connect Salesforce to ERPs, billing, telephony, data warehouses, and custom applications using REST and SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware where appropriate. We design integrations to be bulk-safe and resilient to failures, with retry and error handling rather than silent data loss. Real-time and batch patterns are both on the table depending on the use case.
What can Agentforce and Salesforce AI actually do for us?
Agentforce lets you put AI agents on top of your Salesforce data to handle service questions, draft responses, and take actions inside defined guardrails. The value depends entirely on clean data and well-scoped tasks, so we start by identifying workflows where an agent has clear inputs and a measurable outcome. We build the supporting data model and actions, then evaluate the agent before it touches live customers.
Do you build managed packages for the AppExchange?
Yes. We develop managed packages from architecture through Salesforce security review and ongoing version management, which is what CallHippo telephony app required. Managed-package development has stricter constraints than internal org work, including namespacing, upgrade safety, and packaging limits. We build with those rules in mind from the start so the listing process is not a surprise.
