The challenge
Pharmacy operators working across clinical, ambulatory and specialty settings were juggling a patchwork of disconnected software. The CRMs available to them were built for generic sales, not for pharmacy reality — they had no real grasp of Rx workflows, no clean path into EHR systems, and no way to automate the prior-authorisation grind.
The result was slow prescription processing, manual integration work for every new clinical system, and very little visibility once a pharmacy chain spanned multiple branches. The client needed a single platform that understood how pharmacies actually run.
Our approach
We engineered a modular, scalable SaaS CRM that pulls the critical operations into one platform and adapts to each pharmacy type. Rx workflow management gives teams dedicated queues for new prescriptions, prior authorisations, specialty fills and deliveries, while plug-and-play connectors make EHR and remote-monitoring integration close to one-click rather than a project of its own.

A built-in communication hub handles SMS through Twilio, email through SendGrid, plus calls and fax, and a delivery-and-billing engine covers tracking, invoicing and payments via Authorize.Net. Prior-authorisation automation cut turnaround by roughly 70% and overall Rx processing delays dropped about 40%, while multi-branch operators finally got transparency across the whole network.
