Multicore Technologies ("Multicore", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have. For the purposes of applicable law, Multicore is the Data Fiduciary (under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) and Data Controller (under the GDPR) for the data described here.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you submit our contact form or email us — your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message.
- Information collected automatically: when you visit the site, basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, and usage data, gathered via cookies and analytics tools.
How we use your information
To respond to your enquiry and provide our services; to operate, maintain and improve the website; to understand site usage through analytics; and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Legal basis / consent
We process personal data on the basis of your consent (which you may withdraw at any time), the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and analytics (including Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. Non-essential cookies are used only with your consent, which you can manage or withdraw through your browser or our cookie controls.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site (such as analytics and hosting providers), and where required by law or to protect our legal rights. Service providers are bound to handle data consistent with this policy.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data; withdraw consent; and object to or restrict certain processing. Under the DPDP Act you also have the right to grievance redressal and to nominate another person to exercise your rights. To exercise any right, contact us at the address below.
Children's data
The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Where a user is a child under applicable law, we will not process their data without verifiable parental or guardian consent, consistent with the DPDP Act.
Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
As a global team, we may process data outside your country of residence. Where we do, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy and applicable law.
